It is rare that we are able to sit quietly and focus on our breath for as long as we can. This is true when we are practicing meditation, but we all know it is even more true when we are just sitting quietly and listening to music.
Music can help calm us when we are stressed or worried, so it’s not surprising that many meditation techniques, from guided meditations to deep breathing, require music. When we find ourselves feeling stressed, anxious, or even just a bit bored, music can help us focus and focus on our breath.
For me, music is a great way to focus on my breath, as I often find myself feeling a bit off my game when I’m not feeling a bit centered. I tend to be really creative and sometimes have things I want to do that I can’t wait to get done, and I feel like I’m not accomplishing them because I have to wait until I’m feeling “in the zone” before I can do them.
Well, I would say it’s more of a distraction for me than anything else. I would say I do mostly it in the car after work, to escape being bored. I might do it in my head while i’m watching a movie, I don’t actually have that many movies I’ve been watching recently, but I do like to listen to music. So I guess that’s part of it.
I don’t know if I would say that its a distraction, but I would say it is a type of stress that I try to put on myself. I have it on autopilot and I can’t even tell you how many times I have said to myself “I’m gonna do this… I’m gonna do that…” and then I start doing the thing.
Meditation is part of the path to self-awareness, and it’s a necessary part of reaching that goal. We all have our own minds, and if we don’t get them to be more aware of themselves, we will never progress in terms of self-awareness. To reach self-awareness, we need to be aware of our mind in a much more active way. Our mind is a very active and reactive part of our body, and we need to be more mindful.
Meditation is very quiet, simple, and effective. It calms the body, mind, and spirit, and can be done anywhere you want, in any room you want, and most importantly, with any kind of mind you want: alone, with friends, or with people you might meet. You don’t have to be alone, because there are many meditation apps that can be used.
So if you’re going to meditate, why not use the same app that you use to play your video games? You can find a bunch of free ones on the internet, and most of them are pretty good. If you’re not really into gaming, then just go to a few apps that you know will help you meditate, but you don’t have to be a gamer to use them.
So the best way to meditate is to find a couple apps that are really intuitive and that you know you can rely on.
