While it is true that we are mostly in our heads, it is also true that we are always on the move, whether it is getting groceries, walking down the street, or even sitting at a computer. But as long as we are doing these things, we are also thinking. When we think, our minds go into overdrive, our thoughts get more intense, and we create more mental chatter.
If we’re going to use this in meditation, we’ll need to get rid of the chatter. So one way to do this is by meditating. We can do this in silence, but here’s a video of a guy who has done this.

So you can say that we meditate. You can say that we think, and we are doing this. If we are doing this, that means we are thinking. And when we think, our minds go into overdrive, our thoughts get more intense, and we create more mental chatter. We can also say that we are doing meditation, but this means that we are actively thinking. And when we are doing this, that means that we are actively thinking.
Well, we did say that we think. We think at a certain volume, and that volume is usually a lot more intense than the average person. However, our thoughts are not just thoughts, we are also talking about the thoughts of others. We are not just the thoughts that we are thinking, we are also the thoughts of others. When we meditate we are actively thinking about the thoughts of others.
