Although there are many classes to choose from, the Asana class is my favorite. By focusing your attention on your breath, you can focus on your next move and just go with it. This is a great way to get started because you can do it in a quiet room and it’s not so hard to maintain focus.
There are many different Asanas for different levels of practice. I have found the “Climbing” Asana to be the easiest of all. It’s where you use your arms to get up. You can do it in a chair or on a massage table.

If you have any doubts that Asana is about self-discovery and self-improvement, think back to when you were a kid and you were trying to get your dad to let you play on the computer during your meditation. You had to be a good little kid.
It is a very rare thing that a person gets that right without going insane. Most people are on the wrong path. But the fact is that we all have the ability to self-discover and self-improve. When you go on a short trip and you see that you are on the wrong path, you can’t do anything about it. You just have to go on the journey. But if you get on the wrong path you can’t leave it.
You have to be honest with yourself, you have to be humble, your are not your parents, you are not your teachers. Your are not your friends. Your are not your parents. You all are just you. You are the only person that you are. So go and start your own business, start your own company, just get out there and do what you want to do. You have the ability to change and grow.
We’ve all done things that we thought we were “good at,” but didn’t really know how to do. For example, if I say I’m an archer, I don’t really know how to shoot, really. Or when I say I’m a chef, I don’t really know how to cook. We all have things we can do better, but often it’s not until we try that we realize how bad we really are.
