I don’t think an aura is a good indicator of whether or not you’re sick or not. Maybe you should just go get a massage or something instead.

I believe that a good aura cleansing meditation can help us break out of any emotional patterns that are holding us back. A lot of people like to go to a gym and expect to immediately get a good workout, but their body is going to have to wait and will want to rest and recover.
