As if it wasn’t already enough, I thought I would put a little of my bodhi energy into this little meditation.
The idea of meditation is to focus the mind on a particular state of being. This means that the body is in a relaxed state and the mind is focused on whatever is in the moment. In particular, the body is focused on the breath flowing in and out of the body. The breath itself is in the body but it doesn’t have to be. It can be the same breath, different breath, or a different breath.
In this particular meditation, our focus is on the breath flowing in and out of the body. The result is that the body becomes very relaxed, the mind is focused on the breath, and you become a statue of the breath. This is very similar to meditating on the moon or the sun.
Another way, this meditation can be done is to focus your attention on your breath, as you close your eyes and imagine a large bubble of air as you inhale. Imagine the air filling your entire body, making your breath feel as if it is moving through your body.
I think the best way to describe it is like meditation on the moon. You could also imagine it as having a very cool, very subtle, very relaxing, and very soothing sound.
The first step in Bodhi meditation is to set up a space where you can sit and be in the center of your body. For this, you can use an ordinary chair, a stool, or a cushion. Next, you can simply focus on your breath by focusing on the breath. You can breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Bodhi meditation is basically about focusing on the breath, and it is one of the most profound forms of meditation. The breath is the first thing to focus on in meditation, because the mind is always wandering and the breath is the quickest way to return to focus. It is also one of the most difficult to learn, because it involves focusing the mind on something without really letting go of it.
