For the most part, I do this type of meditation while watching a movie. I do this type of meditation while brushing my teeth, sitting on the toilet, doing anything it is possible to do while meditating.
Well, it’s true that I have been meditating for the past few months, but it’s only been in the last few weeks. I have tried taking a lot of classes to learn more about meditation, and that’s helped a lot, but I do still feel like I haven’t really learned anything new. I’m just more aware of the fact that I’m aware of it now, and that’s a very different thing than being in a room and having it happen.
I guess I feel like I have been meditating for too long. I feel like I can do anything now, but I feel like I am more aware of it. I don’t think I could feel that way without practicing, and I have been practicing for so long, and I have been meditating for so long, that I now feel that I can do anything for the first time in my life.
Body scan meditation is that technique where you can get in that space between waking and sleeping where you can tap into your subconscious. It’s a technique that seems to have been developed by Buddhist monks and is supposed to help you get into a state of calm and centeredness where you can tap into your inner energy. I was just talking to someone the other day who had been in that space, and she said it’s the only state she has ever felt.
There are a few ways to get into the space, and the easiest is probably with your eyes closed, but for most people, the best way is just by simply relaxing your body. So if you’ve had an episode where you felt like you’re going to pass out, or you just suddenly felt like lying down, or you just felt that urge for a nap, try relaxing your body to relax your mind.
I have a new friend who just came out of her own body scan meditation sleep and has just finished reading a book. She said it was a really amazing experience, and at this point she might be having nightmares about being stuck in a time loop.

I’m pretty sure you can have a really good sleep without having nightmares, but you can have a really good sleep without a really good body scan meditation. I have to say that’s a pretty good point.
I think I’m going to have to spend some time in the gym working all that out. It’s not like I’m going to get my exercise from the internet or anything.
