And in a calm state your view is that you are in control of your life, and you are not rushing about. You are calm but you also don’t have to be. When your mind is not racing, you can go through the motions that are necessary to fulfill your goals without being in a rush. When you realize that you are not rushing, you can then go back to your peaceful state and start the next stage of your life in a calm manner.

Its amazing how calm and calm we can be when we are deep in meditation. We can really feel our own thoughts and body sensations, but we know we are not having them.
