I know I am not the only one who finds that this is beneficial. Many of my friends take a class to learn how to meditate. I think a lot of us are taught the principles behind meditation from the perspective of “do you want to become more spiritual?” and then they end up becoming more spiritual because they meditate anyway. I think meditation should be about finding who you are in your own body.
