I have a lot of people who are completely convinced that they are enlightened, but they dont really experience it. Their experiences are a mixture of meditation and physical contact with their bodies, and they feel like they are able to go through the motions of enlightenment, but they’re really just being too busy to focus on their physical bodies. I believe that meditation and meditation alone will not cause an actual enlightenment. It takes more than that.
