The chakra system of the body is extremely detailed and complex. This means that there are many layers of energy that run through the body. In this article I explain the different chakras and the different energy systems that run through them. If you already know what a chakra is, you will be able to put this all in perspective.
It makes sense that there is a wide range of chakras. Each of us has a different combination of energy that can make up a chakra. In general though, there are seven main chakras and then a variety of other energy centres.
This is important to know because we’re all different in our energy so it makes sense to have different chakras. The main chakras are the: head, heart, liver, solar plexus, third eye, and crown chakra. Then there are the various energy centres.
In general, your main chakra is the one that is closest to your heart. It’s also close to the solar plexus. The heart chakra is the first chakra that we learn about. It’s often the one closest to your nose.
The head chakra is the most important of the three because it controls your personality, your thoughts, and your emotions. It is also the first chakra to be discovered and taught. This is the chakra that is responsible for your thoughts. That is, the chakra that is always the first chakra that you learn about. The head chakra is the centre of our lives. It controls how we feel and what we think about.
We learned about the heart chakra in the last chapter. It is the third chakra that we learn about and the one farthest from our nose, so it is the most important chakra in the body. It is the centre of our emotions. It is the chakra of our hearts. It controls our emotions and thoughts. It is the centre of our personality. Chakra mastery is a major part of the meditation of the chakras. For those of you that have been doing chakra meditations for some time, it is actually rather easy to get into an advanced state of meditative flow. Like the heart chakra, the head chakra is the most important chakra in the body. It controls our moods, emotions, and thoughts. It is the chakra of our soul. It is the centre of our thoughts and emotions.
Chakra meditations require some initial practice in order to get into the flow. However once you get into the flow, it is a very simple practice. You just take a few deep breaths and just focus on your breathing. The chakra meditator’s heart starts to relax as they focus on their breath. The heart chakra is where the mind is. When the heart chakra is open, the mind relaxes in its entirety.
The heart chakra is the seat of our emotions. If the heart chakra is open, then the mind can be opened. This allows us to feel emotions more clearly. As we move through the day, the heart chakra can get filled with the emotions that you have been holding onto. The heart is where we store our feelings for the day. The heart is where we store our emotions for the day.
