It’s not a new tool but I have been doing it for years. In a similar fashion, mindfulness meditation is an approach that can help us reduce our stress levels and increase our focus. We can also use it to reduce or eliminate the anxiety that comes with worrying. In fact, even though it is a way to focus, people who practice mindfulness meditation are much less likely to panic.
