I am not going to lie to you and say that I don’t have a habit of meditating. The truth is that I like to do it every single day. I think it helps me focus and I can find it very therapeutic. I don’t know if people like it, but I like it, so maybe I’m not alone.
I think it’s important to remember that meditation can be a very addictive activity. My favorite places to meditate are pretty much anywhere that I can find a large amount of distractions and be surrounded by people. Whether it be the couch, the books I read, or just the fact that I like being alone.
I’m not sure if this is something people are able to do on a regular basis. But I know I would do it every single day. If I were to write down my daily practice, I would probably keep it focused on just sitting and looking out the window. I also like to practice different kinds of meditation, like focusing on a particular spot in my head and how it relates to my body, or focusing on how I feel when I’m meditating.
