Well, meditation doesnt just happen to you. You can start it and then stop it. But if you sit there and do nothing, you are basically doing nothing. Meditation is something that you sit and do deliberately for a certain amount of time. Its what happens when you learn to meditate. You consciously sit down in a particular way and do particular things.

A lot of people feel that meditation is a way to pretend to be someone they’re not, but I think meditation can help us realize we’re not really that important. Meditation is definitely a good tool to use when you feel like you’re being stuck or are just feeling a bit overwhelmed.
