I can completely agree with the article’s conclusion that meditation is a great thing to do. However, if you think its a great thing to do, but you don’t have the time or the energy to meditate, then the article is very well written, and it’s an excellent place to start.
I think the best place to start meditating is with guided visualization. As a matter of fact, I think that the best place to start meditating is with guided visualization. We all have a few favorite images in our head that we tend to repeat over and over again. For example, I tend to recite the image of a golden light shining in front of the Buddha statue at the top of Mt. Everest.
For me, the best way to meditate is to first sit completely still, fully aware of your breath. Then visualize a golden light shining in front of you. When the image is complete, breathe in and out normally, and visualize more golden light shining in your mind.
Sometimes, when we’re meditating, we just start reciting and repeating what’s in our head, whether that’s a sound, a feeling, or a word. The best way to meditate is to just be in the present moment, completely aware of your breathing, and let your thoughts come and go.
Well, you can also do it on autopilot, but the best way to meditate is to just do it. It’s a lot easier to do it when you are fully aware that you are doing it.
The key to meditation is to let the thoughts come and go. A lot of people meditate to forget them, but that’s not a good way to meditate. We all know deep down that we’re not really that important. We just need to be present, and we can do that by just being aware of our breathing.
And as you can see from all my pictures, it’s just as easy to meditate inside a camera. When you look at your phone, it’s like taking a picture of yourself. You can even take a picture of yourself when you’re meditating.
Most of us meditate for a lot of different reasons. Its not really important to meditate to forget anything. I guess you could say that is the goal of meditation, but if you want to forget something, you just need to forget it. But being aware of your breathing is more important if you want to forget something.
