The guided meditation offered by Sri Sri is a simple yet effective way to bring mindfulness to your daily life. It doesn’t require much of your time to set it up—just some meditation exercises and some time to sit and watch.
We recommend giving it 10 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening and see what happens. It takes up very little time and you don’t have to do a bunch of stuff you could do on your own.
