This article is about letting go, but it’s also about how to let go. The author explains her own experience in this article and then goes on to detail how this experience works for her.
A lot of people don’t understand what this is. The meditation is an exercise in letting go of anything that is no longer helping you to achieve a goal. For example, if you want to lose weight, you might let go of any thoughts of “I need to eat more” or “I need to exercise.” You might even let go of any thoughts of “I need to be super successful in my business.
Its important to realize that the act of letting go is not just about setting your mind at rest. Its about giving up your ego and letting go of your control. When you let go of the idea that you cant achieve your goals or your life is meaningless, you are on a path to inner peace and happiness.
If you think that you can’t do it, you’re probably right. If you think you can do it, you have a whole lot of power in your hand.
If you want to help yourself achieve spiritual enlightenment, you take a guided meditation and go to a place where you have total control over your life. You sit down and say to yourself, “I will give in my control to the universe and the universe will give in to me.” You take the power away from yourself and let go. You take the power away from those who care about you and let go.
It’s hard to focus on something when you’re not giving your power to it. The power you are giving to the universe is giving it to you.
If you have any reservations about this, let me share a bit of my own experience. I was a writer and the guy who runs a writing workshop. He would do a guided meditation. My hands would fly up and down at the thought of writing a book. Then after a while I stopped doing that. I would sit down and talk about what I wanted to write. And he would give me the tools to do it.
This is what I want to talk about next. It’s the power you give to the universe. When you’re giving your power to something, you are giving it to yourself. The universe can’t have you because it knows you’re not that person. You are your own person. All you have to do is sit down and let go of your power to the universe. The universe doesn’t need you anymore. You have nothing to give and it can do without you.
I think I mentioned before that I used to have a lot of anxiety issues. I would often have to go to therapy because of it. But I just think the fact that I had such a strong belief in the power of the universe, that I couldn’t let go of that belief, and when I did it was so scary and overwhelming, that it took me over a year to begin to let go.
