But you have to have a little bit of patience. As you begin to feel the sensations of pleasure, you might notice that you feel a little bit out of sorts. You might be feeling a little bit like you are falling short on the big things in your life.
That feeling can be caused by a myriad of things. The most common one is that you have not actually been trying to feel what you feel. You’ve allowed your mind to fill in all of the gaps with little pieces of information that it has already gathered. The second common cause is where you are feeling a little more intense than you actually are. This is when you have allowed your mind to do its best to convince your body that your body is actually feeling what you are feeling.
The good news is that if you are feeling really intense, it’s the most likely cause of your problem. If you feel like you’re burning up or drowning you need to find out what is causing it so you can find a way to relieve it.
There are many ways to alleviate intense pain or anxiety.
