After practicing daily for 3 weeks, I noticed a drastic difference in my well-being. Instead of feeling like a zombie, I feel like a human being. Not a zombie, an actual, full-fledged human being.
Of course, I have no idea what that means, but I do know that it feels like I’ve been meditating for a whole month and that I wasn’t just a zombie the whole time.
I started practicing daily from the beginning of the month. Since I had no idea what I was doing I tried to follow the suggestions offered in the online meditations and I could feel a shift in my mental and physical well-being. At first I thought it was some kind of trickery. I was told that I wasnt just meditating for the sake of meditation. I was supposed to be meditating for the sake of attaining happiness. I didnt realize that I wanted to attain happiness.
It turns out that meditation is quite hard to do. People usually don’t meditate for the sake of feeling good, but they do it because they are happy. Some people meditate simply because they are lonely. Some people meditate for the sake of spiritual enlightenment. Most people meditate because they want to be better at their jobs or because they are depressed.
It seems like meditation is a lot like eating cereal. You can’t eat cereal every day and you can’t eat cereal and go to your favorite restaurant every day. But when you eat cereal and you’re happy you feel like you’re not eating cereal, you feel like you’re eating a nice bowl of cereal with ice cream and a nice cupcake.
So while eating cereal and feeling pretty good about it, you can also feel like youre eating a bad diet. It can be good too. But as far as meditation goes, most people are just eating cereal. If you’re a vegan it doesnt matter if you eat cereal or a bag of sugar. You still feel like youre eating food and not wasting your energy.
The problem is that you will not feel any difference in your body when you’re meditating. After all, you’re not even eating breakfast, and youre not even meditating. Youre meditating as you eat cereal. But youre not eating cereal, which means you dont have the nutrients that youre supposed to get from eating cereal. Therefore, you feel like you’re doing a bad diet, and youre not doing a good diet.
That’s because youre not actually meditating. Youre not fasting, youre not doing meditation, youre not anything that even resembles a form of meditation. In fact, the only thing you’re doing is eating a bag of sugar (that’s right, you ate a bag of sugar). Youre not meditating because there is no “meditation” involved.
The problem with most of the so-called meditation techniques is that theyre all based on how youre supposed to feel, not what actually does it for you. For example, I dont think you should be meditating about how to kill people or how to get an orgasm. But if you do, you should do it because that will make you feel better. The problem with meditation is that it can actually make you feel worse.
Well, that’s one of the reasons why I like meditation. It can provide a way to focus on the positive aspects of what you’re doing. It can also be a way to get yourself in a better mood. But if you try to meditate about how to kill people, you’ll probably feel more and more depressed. When you meditate about how to get an orgasm, you may feel like you’re missing out on all the fun.
