This is a sleep meditation I find myself doing in conjunction with my exercise routine. It’s different than regular meditation, in that it is more of a structured practice to help me focus on a higher level of self-awareness. It is actually pretty effective at helping me fall asleep faster. I’ve been doing this for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed that I’m actually waking up a lot earlier.
The idea behind this is that when you sleep, your brain is trying to process and work on a lot of stuff that has nothing to do with your body. You are consciously aware of this fact, and instead of being conscious of everything you are doing, you become so focused on what you are doing that you are not processing your thoughts. This is actually pretty amazing because it gives you a great advantage over other people who are asleep.
Sleepers are able to control their sleep, because they are consciously aware that they are asleep. Since they are aware of this fact, they can control their sleep. They also have an advantage here since they can choose how long they are asleep for. For example, I have a sleep meditation that lasts for a few minutes. This is very conducive to the idea that your brain is trying to work on things that you might not be consciously aware of.
As you may have noticed, I keep talking about the idea of “sleep meditation”. This is a very common concept in the world of meditation, especially if you are practicing it in a group setting. You can learn a lot about yourself by becoming more aware of things that are happening in your brain during the day. For example, I use our “sleep meditation”, which is a very simple one.
The first thing you need to do is take a deep breath and count to ten.
The second thing you do is concentrate on your breath. By doing this you will wake up your brain from the “light sleep” that it is in. The light sleep is your brain going through its day-to-day activities and getting ready for the next day. When you wake up your brain will wake up, ready to go back to work.
Sleep meditation is just a simple technique of allowing your brain to wake up from the day-to-day activities of your body. During the day your body is going through its day-to-day activities, but at night your brain is fully asleep. During the day your body is working out your needs for the day and preparing you for the next day, but at night your brain is sitting on the couch, watching TV and playing videogames.

I don’t know what I’m talking about, but it’s a good one. I like it because it’s a metaphor for how the mind works when you’re asleep. The problem is that it’s a very simple approach. It’s also a pretty useless one. It basically just asks you to think about what you absolutely need to do in your sleep. It’s like asking you to say “I’m hungry. I need to eat” then go out and eat some food.
I don’t think its very helpful because it just asks you to get out of bed, but it is totally helpful because it gets you thinking about what you need to do. It can actually help you get more sleep and I think you should use it.
