if you are a person who has a strong body-mind connection that is the reason why the crossword doesn’t bother you. Instead, it is a meditation that you do for your soul.
Like most people, I have a strong connection to my body. I find it hard to focus on something else. For me, I would say it’s a “mind-body” connection. This is why it’s not that big of a deal that I’m not able to do meditation as well as others. My mind is still “in my head.” But I can do it, because I am still connected with my body.
I am a huge fan of meditation, but I am not a fan of crossword puzzles. In fact, I would say that I often find that I have no idea what I am typing. When I do have an idea going in my head, it is usually not coherent, and I either need to type in a number of times to get the idea across, or go back and retype it to get it to flow.
Crosswords and meditations are often considered a pair, but the reason there is a difference is because when you meditate, you are not alone. You are with someone who has similar interests, and they are there to support you and talk you through what you want to say. Whereas when you crossword puzzle, you are alone in your own mind, and that support and help is not there.
So when you meditate, you are with a meditation buddy. On a crossword puzzle, a meditation buddy is someone else. In meditations, you are with yourself.
A meditation buddy is someone who supports you in your meditation, but is simply there to sit next to you, not to be in your meditation. A meditation buddy is someone who is not in your meditation, he/she is the person with the same interests as you, and this is often someone you share the same interests with on the crossword puzzle.
Meditation is often a solitary activity. But the concept is that when you get into meditation, it is no longer about focusing on your thoughts, but rather turning your thoughts into your thoughts. So, yes, you are with a meditation buddy. But you are also with yourself, and that is a much more profound and intimate experience.
In a way it’s a good thing, because meditation is a much slower pace. It requires a lot more focus, which means you have a lot more time to really connect with yourself. And you have to decide to put your thoughts aside and focus on the thought you have in your hand. So it’s not just about being with yourself, it’s about being with the thought that you have in your hand.
Most of the time you will find the same feelings you had when you had your thought in your hand. It’s also a lot easier to focus on the thought that you have in the hand if you don’t have to worry about how you’re going to get your hand out of your lap before you start the crossword. But it does mean you have to be able to focus in on the thought you have in your hand.
The best way to do this is to keep a pen on your lap and write down the thoughts you have in your hand. This will allow you to keep your thoughts of the crossword on one line of paper, and you can continue typing out the whole paragraph later. The worst thing you can do is try to get them all on one line, because that will require you to look at the line you are typing from a different angle each time you need to cross-check.
