There is so much power in letting go of the thoughts and emotions that are holding you back. A lot of our thoughts and emotions are about control, and as the old adage goes, “You can’t put the brakes on the car.” Letting go of those thoughts and emotions will allow you to move into a place of possibility and peace.
Meditation is one of the most effective practices that I know of. It is so beneficial that it was recently included in the bestseller How to Meditate in 10 Minutes, which helped me get into a much deeper meditative state. In this book, I was able to read a list of the techniques that are included in this meditation guide, and it was the most detailed list I’ve ever seen.
The Let Go Meditation is a series of techniques that were designed to help you let go of all the thoughts and emotions that keep you stuck in our heads. Some of these techniques are as basic as letting go of the past, like letting go of what you think about what you did yesterday. Some techniques are as complex as letting go of the fears you have about what might happen next week, or the worries that you have about what you think about what you will think about next week.
For me, it is so easy to let go of the past that I am willing to go into the future as well. I will allow it to be what it is now, and I will let the future be what it will be. I am not the kind of person who would want to know what is going to happen next week. I like to know what is going to happen tomorrow, and to know what is going to happen next month, etc.
Meditation. Some people say, “I meditate. I try to get rid of all my worries and fears.” I am not sure I like the sound of that. I have the feeling that what I am doing is more like trying to get rid of my mind than it is like doing anything else. Meditation is about trying to get rid of your anxiety, which is a pretty scary thing when you can’t even manage your own life.
Meditation is a practice that has been around for centuries, but for a lot of people it is a painful one. It’s also one of the things that is most often associated with a “bad” meditation, which is why it is often associated with people with depression (which is what it is for most people). Meditation is often considered the most “dangerous” of mind-expanding practices because it can be very invasive and harmful.
It goes back to the idea that we can only control our own thoughts and actions for so long. We cannot control how others react to them, so it’s important not to lose sight of your own goals and desires. So meditation is a very personal and private practice, and it is something that you make up on your own, so you can control it how you want.
It can also be very productive, as I mentioned a couple of paragraphs ago. I think one of the things that makes meditation so powerful is that it allows you to focus on the present moment. You don’t have to think about things that have happened in the past, or things that might happen in the future. You just focus on the present moment, and that allows you to forget what happened in the past and what may happen in the future.
You can use meditation to clear your mind completely, or you can use it to clear your mind of the things you can’t get out of your mind. Either way, it’s a very powerful tool.
In addition to all the great videos on this site, I would like to also recommend this simple piece of meditation script. It is a nice way to practice mindfulness. By simply asking yourself “what is my favorite color,” you can then simply go back and look at all the beautiful colors you’ve ever seen. It’s a practice that can help you with any topic.
