I know that sounds like a bunch of bull crap, but it’s the best I can come up with as to why we meditate. What’s important is that we have a habit to meditate, and that we have the ability to meditate. That means you can make a habit of meditation at the same time that you are still living your day-to-day life. You should be a human machine, not a machine.
Again, this is just a reminder to be patient with yourself. We are in a constant state of change, in the form of our environment, and our thoughts. Its like we are constantly making the change in the way that we think and act. We all have to think differently. Just like we have to keep on changing the way we work, we have to keep on changing the way we think and act. We are not machines. A machine is a machine that has to be controlled.
We are never static. We can never be the way we are. We can never be what we used to be. Everything that we do has the potential to change and change again. We have to keep on changing our minds and keep on changing our actions.
We can also make the change in our emotions and behaviors. This is the best way to make the change. It is not that we have to be a better person because we are. It’s quite the opposite. We have to be a better person because we can. It’s an internal change that starts from a different place and it’s only from that place that we can change our behaviors and our actions.
So change. The fact that we are able to change our behaviors and our actions is what makes us able to change our minds. We can’t change our minds if our minds are not changing. So we have to change our brains. This requires us to change the way we think which requires us to change our emotions and our behaviors which is what we do during meditation. When we meditate we need to think and feel positively.
We can’t just think positively and feel positively, because thinking positively and feeling positively can be the same. This is because our minds are continually being bombarded by thoughts and emotions that we don’t want to be having. Our brains only allow us to think and feel positively when we stop thinking and feeling negatively. Meditation is an act of self-control and self-awareness.
Meditation is one of the oldest methods of self-awareness, and is the oldest form of self-awareness the mind has yet discovered. It’s been around for thousands of years. In Buddhism it’s known as mindfulness meditation.
