Men had a stronger desire and pleasure after masturbating than women and this may be due to women masturbating less often than men, or something else entirely, but it is definitely a good thing to try out.
This is one of the reasons that so many people masturbate. It works for a lot of reasons. It may be due to a desire to get off or a desire to relax, it may be a way to relieve stress or anxiety, or it may just be a way to take your mind off things.
