In the old days, this would have been referred to as “meditation for the masses.” The idea was that meditation would be something you did every day, or at least once a week, but that we all should do it. I’m not sure that I have a meditation that I’m not already meditating. The best way to do this is to practice meditation for five minutes, and then make a mental list of the ten things you want in your life. Then, just do it. Make sure that you are in a room with other people. This way, you can really hear what they’re saying, how they’re feeling, and what they want.
