The CD doesn’t require you to listen to it, which is something I think is missing from a lot of meditation programs. The CD includes all of the material you need to learn how to meditate. The CD also includes a variety of meditations, breathing exercises, and other relaxation exercises that are designed to help you learn to meditate.
What I like about the meditation CD is that it just provides a lot of information without you having to put any effort into it. You can actually sit and listen to it, then just go on with your day. I usually do this when I’m in the shower, but I’ve also done it when I’m working on new projects. Sometimes I turn the CD up so high that it sounds like I’m listening to a rock song.
This is probably the most common thing I hear people say when they get a new meditation CD. They just get swept up in the music. I get so bored of this sort of thing that I sometimes even put my CD away and listen to other music instead.

You might learn how to do it in the exact same way, but in each of these cases, the process is the same. You eat something to make your body feel satiated. You sleep to make your body more comfortable. You take a shower to make yourself feel clean. You meditate to relax your mind.
As you might imagine, the process is much more complicated than that. There is no magic pill that makes the process easy. You can get all the information you need in the form of a book, but even if you do, you still need to find a way to sit down and do it.
