My meditation centre is an ophthalmologist-cum-psychologist-cum-psychiatrist’s dream, where I can meet my patients and discuss their health issues with them. I have been in Chennai for the past 11 years.
And as I sit at my meditation centre today, I realize I have a lot to learn about meditation. I learned a whole lot about meditation in my last visit here. One of the things I came away with was that meditation involves a lot more than just focusing on your breath. You have to pay attention to the thoughts that you are thinking, the body sensations that are moving through your body, and the emotions that are going through you.
Meditation is not about meditating. It’s about paying attention to your thoughts and emotions. When you are doing a deep meditation, you are paying attention to your mind. You are paying attention to the sensations you are experiencing. And the emotions you are feeling. So in the end, when you are taking a deep meditation, you are paying attention to your thoughts and emotions.
A few years back when I was in college, I spent three weeks in a meditation centre in India. I didn’t meditate, but I was there to learn about meditation and to get some sense of what it was like. In the end, after a week or two of the meditation, I could see the difference that meditation was making in my life. It gave me a calmness that I didn’t have during my college days.
Like many things in life, the truth is that the more you meditate, the more you can do the rest of your life. So I guess what I’m trying to say is that it is not just about meditating, but getting to that place where you can meditate and still be able to take care of your daily needs.
When you’re in meditation, you are also engaged in a mental process that can’t be undone. The idea is to make your mind focus on something that will make you feel peaceful and at peace. But with meditation, it’s not just about making your mind peaceful. It’s about making your mind focus on things that actually matter. Meditation can help you with this.
In the course of research, we have found that meditation is good for you. We have also found that meditation is good for your mental health. So when you meditate, it is important that you do it in a way that will help you deal with stress and anxiety but without sacrificing your physical health. But the best way to achieve this is through self-awareness. When you meditate, start by identifying what is going on in your mind. Try to relax your mental tension and anxiety.
It’s important to recognize how your body is not your own. You are a part of a complex system that is constantly changing and evolving. You may have some parts of your body that are better than others, and you may have other parts that are not as good. These aspects of your body are called your “chakras.
A chakra is any type of energy center in the body. There are eight chakras in total. Each one is associated with one of the eight elements, from earth to air to fire to water to wood to metal to stone. Each chakra is also associated with one of the eight sections of the physical body, and each one is associated with one or more organs. So if you lose a chakra, you lose one of your eight organs.
For a chakra to be completely damaged, the energy that it generates will be weakened. So if you have a partial loss, you will be able to regenerate it and come back to life. For a complete loss, you could lose all of your eight chakras. It is common to lose a chakra at one time but to have another one at a later point.
