I’m sure all meditators could learn a thing or two from this place. Also, the class I was a part of was very open. I went a little bit more in depth and went over the different aspects of meditation, but the general gist is to go deep and be more aware of your surroundings.
I really enjoyed it here and was able to clear my mind by just focusing on the calm and peaceful environment all around me. I didn’t feel like my mind was being cluttered by other things. I think I’ve learned a lot just watching this place with my girlfriend and friends. I could go on and on about the positive things about this place, but I think you’ve seen enough of this place for now.
