As I sit here writing this, I am also at the computer, and I am finding that my mind is wandering. I thought that this might be helpful to you, so I thought I’d share something I’ve been doing.
I will share with you the things I find most difficult while meditating. I find that at times I struggle to find a comfortable, quiet place to sit.
The best way to relax is to meditate, which is easy to do. When you’re sitting, you are in the physical world. You’re not in the “dreaming” state, or even the “thinking” state. You’re just sitting in the present moment, and that’s where you’re at.
Meditation is one of the best ways to find ourselves at ease and relax. It is also a great way to feel less stressed, more relaxed, and less stressed. When I am meditating I am in my body; I am not just thinking about thoughts. The thoughts I have are all of the things that I am thinking. Sometimes these thoughts don’t have a physical form, and they can be quite vague or abstract, but they are there and I can access them.
I know a lot of people meditate, and there is a lot of debate on the best way to do this. But when you’re meditating you are actually paying attention to the thoughts that you are having. You aren’t just thinking about the thoughts that you have in your head. That is the same as if you were thinking about a physical thing.
There are a lot of ways to meditate. Some involve sitting in a lot of silence. Others involve trying to focus on one thought at a time. We all have different techniques, so I am going to put links to some videos that have been recommended and some methods we can try.
As I mentioned here earlier, I have been meditating since I was 4 years old, and I still meditate. That is because the majority of my thoughts are either about the present or the past. As a matter of fact, some of the ways I meditate are pretty unique. For example, one of the main ways I meditate is to imagine a white light or a red light that I am holding in front of my face. I then sit there silently and focus on the light.
This is kind of like the “focus on the light” idea that you often see people do and try to explain. I am not sure if this is also how it works for meditation. It’s really hard to explain, but we have a special technique called “mindfulness meditation” that helps you to focus on the present moment. This is quite different from just thinking about your past or future. Mindfulness meditation is easy to do and can be very effective.
If you think of mindfulness meditation as being a kind of “meditation in your own head” it doesn’t really work that way. As with any meditation, there is a time limit that you need to pay attention to. You are supposed to practice mindfulness in your head every day, and you can tell when you’re there.
The problem is that most people make a habit out of just sitting and thinking meditation but it does not work that way. There is simply too little time in a day to be able to do it effectively. That’s why most mindfulness programs use a timer so you can tell when you’re there.
