You can do this with just a sound system, but it will be much more effective with a meditation room. Even if you’re using a room with a sound system you can still meditate sitting in a chair. And this is one of the more extreme examples of how you can use meditation to control your body and mind.
I could sit in this chair and meditate right now, but I am not sure if I would be able to fully relax. The reason is because the chair is actually a device that allows you to sit in a straight-back, rather than a seated, position. This puts a lot of strain on your back since you are not able to move around when meditating.
