I think everyone is familiar with the saying, “You should be using your left hand for everything and your right hand for nothing.” And while that may have been the original intent, I think we all use our right hand for everything and our left hand for everything that isn’t about the right hand. But I’m here to tell you that for some of us, this may not be the case.
For many of us, the left-handed people in general tend to use their right hand more than their left. This is particularly true for those who are lefties with a left-brained brain, or those that are lefties with a brain that isnt left-brained at all. But as a result of this, we have a tendency to be more introverted, less social, or a combination of all of these.
I am not advocating that you quit using your right hand for everything. This is just to say that if you tend to use your left hand more than your right hand, maybe you should try using your left hand less. As I’m not sure about you, but I use my left hand more than my right hand, so I’ll probably be spending more of my time using it.
As it turns out, I like my left hand. I like it a lot. So I use it a lot. And it has become a great tool in meditation. Ive spent a dozen years meditating and I still use my left hand a lot. Its like a little brain that isnt left brain at all. Its just a little brain that isnt left brain at all.
As any of you who’ve been through addiction recovery knows, it can be a challenge to find the time, or even the desire, to meditate. For some, it doesn’t feel much like work. For others, it’s a way to keep the mind clear, and I’ve met many of the same people who don’t do it regularly.
The good news is that meditation is not just something that works as a quick fix. It’s a proven method of helping people stop drinking, drugging, or using other substances. It’s also a proven method of helping people get sober. It’s also a proven method of helping people get sober, and has been proven to work in many other situations.
So you say. Meditation is a proven method of helping people get sober, but you also say that meditation is a proven method of helping people get sober, but you also say that meditation is also a proven method of helping people get sober. Is it really possible to say that? Maybe meditation is a proven method of helping people get sober, and meditation is also a proven method of helping people get sober. Maybe its just a coincidence that meditation is a proven method of helping people get sober.
The idea behind meditation is that it is a way to remove the “stuff” from your brain, which in the case of someone with addiction can be anything from the trivial (like a thought or idea) to the significant (like a memory or thought). In other words, meditation is something that you can do to change your brain in a way that helps you deal with the challenges of addiction.
The thing about meditation is that it doesn’t necessarily work for everyone. And there is no guarantee that it will work for everyone. But as a general rule meditation does help you get through your day, and in some ways it actually does make you feel a little more “in control” of your day.
The thing is addiction is a behavioral addiction. And because it is, addiction recovery programs are usually geared toward helping people stay off of drugs or alcohol. But meditation is not usually the main focus of these. Instead, many meditation programs are often designed to help people cope with their stress and depression.
