Meditation is a way to calm your mind, relax your body, and release stress. In the past few years, I have found myself meditating more regularly and often. I feel like my mind isn’t as easily distracted as it was before. I’m able to focus on a lot of really important things, like getting the house ready to move in, or worrying about the kids, or my husband, or anything else I want to be involved with.
Meditation is something that is highly recommended in the home-ec business. I believe every home-owner should be doing something to help calm their own minds and bodies. I know I’m a little biased, but I think meditation is especially helpful for homeowners.

I also like taking some time to exercise before work, because when I’m in a bad mood, I like to get a workout in before I go to work.

Most people think that meditation is for people who are not confident in their own abilities. I read somewhere that there are three kinds of people: those who are confident enough to take risks, those who are confident enough to take risks, and those who are confident enough to take risks. That certainly seems to be how most people are, if they are people at all. But what is the third type, which is the one that is most important to us? To my surprise, it turns out to be meditation.
