I am always fascinated by what people are doing when they meditate. For some it is simply sitting in a room for hours and hours and hours. For others, it may be sitting in a comfortable chair for hours and hours. For still others, it may be sitting in a large space with no equipment and nothing else to distract from the silence.
I personally find that meditation has a lot of benefits. I’ve done it a few times now and I have to say I am definitely a believer. Meditation is a great way to be able to let go and focus on the present moment and the person sitting next to you. You get a quiet space and time to think and reflect.
