This summer, I am going to be on a mission to meditate and give up on the world. My goal is to take a deep, mindful breath and then visualize a scene from The Matrix. Ive had this happen to me more than once. I visualize the scene I’m in, and suddenly all the other thoughts and actions seem to flow into my mind and body, and it’s a bit disorienting. It’s been a bit of a learning moment, but it seems to be working for me. I guess what I’m saying is, practice meditation. It’s one of those “once we’re in the right headspace” things.
