We’ve all had the experience of waking up at 7am, thinking about our day, and realizing that it’s already gone. You’ve either spent the last ten minutes on the bathroom floor (I did) or your phone is at 10:30pm and you’re still in bed.
This is what happens to our brains when theyre exhausted from what weve been doing the last several hours. The reason it happens is because once we hit the point of doing something we no longer feel like were doing it. I guess you could say that meditation masters crossword clue is like that. Meditation is something that I have struggled with for a while, but I am finally beginning to feel that I can do it without having to force myself to go to a religious temple. Its something that I feel very strongly in my heart, but something that I have a hard time feeling like I can truly do it in the outside world.

Ive been struggling with it since my teenage years, and its one of those things where I feel like I am just a little bit out of my element, but I think I will be able to do it. The idea was to bring awareness to one’s present moment. Meditation is more than just sitting around meditating all day. There are many benefits from meditating, but most importantly it is a way to put thoughts out of your mind and into your body. I will be focusing on the last part of this sentence as well. I will be practicing in the kitchen of my house.

I thought it would be a fun way to get my attention and feel grounded, but it hasn’t really worked. I haven’t felt any weight on me yet, but I do feel more relaxed. I do wish I had more practice time to meditate, so I can feel more settled and content.
If only I could have practice time every day. I am actually practicing my meditation. I have been sitting in the kitchen of my house for about 10 minutes now. I have been sitting on the couch watching Netflix. I have been playing with my cats. It is a relaxing time. I am actually meditating now.
