If you’re into anything spiritual, or meditating as a form of meditation, there are a lot of people who are trying to get you to meditate with them. As a result, it’s common to see meditation masters walking the streets and talking to people who want to meditate with them. Some of these people are just in the business of making you meditate.
My advice is to use whatever you want to do to meditate. If not, try meditation as a form of meditation. Or, if you have a more spiritual bent and youre just curious, try meditation as a way to be more productive. There are plenty of ways to be a productive writer.
To be clear, meditation is not a replacement for meditation. We are all products of our culture and that culture influences our behavior. Just because something is easy to do or difficult to do doesn’t make it good or bad.

When we can connect with other people we can really tap into that inner power of compassion and connection that comes from having your entire being with your partner.
When you meditate, you can tap into that inner power of connection to the world around you that you can’t reach in your everyday life without meditation. In meditation, we have a greater ability to reach into the world around us and connect with the other. And in a world where we live in a 24/7/365 cycle, the very act of connecting with others often takes a back seat to our own needs.
