When I sit down to meditate, I don’t take a lot of time to think about what I’m doing. I simply sit and open myself to whatever arises; the more open I am in this way, the more I can be open to what is around me. It can be a lot of things, but I think that the more I open my heart to what is unfolding, the more I will find my way toward a more enlightened state of mind.
This is so great and I love the philosophy behind it. Meditating naked is a lot like yoga, you sit in a lot of comfortable positions to practice what you know works and what you think you know works. However, since you are completely open to your surroundings, and since your body and mind are both relaxed, there is no judgement and no pressure and it is just a relaxed state of mind.

It is like a meditation class in that you are not being taught, but you are learning how to meditate. This means that you don’t have to spend all of your time meditating.

When you are meditating naked, you are not sitting in a dark room or a dark cave. You are sitting in an office, on a white couch, and wearing a white robe.
But what about when you are meditating naked, you are not sitting on a bed? That is a good idea too: to find a comfortable position in which to sit and meditate naked. A chair works well, but not too high. A pillow or a towel works well too.
So it turns out that one of our favorite meditation techniques is called “diligence.” When you are trying to focus on the “thing” you’re meditating on, some people will try to hold their attention in one narrow area. This can be difficult since we tend to fall into a repetitive pattern.
You can try holding your attention, but just don’t hold it very long. As a matter of fact, many people meditate naked, and not just because they feel naked. There are many benefits to a meditative naked posture, and we just have to find one.
One of the best ways to meditate naked is to stand on your head and go into full on meditation. You can sit in a full pose, but standing up would be the best way, since you’ll still have your fingers on your toes. You’ll also have your eyes and ears closed, but you’ll still be able to see and hear things clearly. It helps to keep you focused on the present moment and let go of the past and future.
