Still, I think that the anxiety thing is just a way for us to label our feelings, to be able to remember which feelings are not anxiety. We need to make sure that we are not overtired and that we are not over-reacting. To understand this, you have to first understand the difference between feeling and being upset. When you think about feeling, you are just experiencing.
The reason that I am thinking about this is because the anxiety I am experiencing right now is that I don’t feel like I am experiencing anything anymore. I am just feeling. So I am just experiencing. I am not experiencing anything. I am just feeling. So I am only experiencing. I am not experiencing anything. So I am just experiencing.
The mind is a funny thing. It is so amazing that our thoughts become so powerful, almost like it is a force of nature. The mind could become so powerful, that we would be able to know all thoughts that we create, but we would have no way of knowing if the thoughts were created by ourselves.

Unfortunately, many of these methods are not very effective and most are not safe for most people. The reason for this is that our brain does not like to be in a state of constant rest.
