If youre wondering why I say “better version of you”, it’s because you should try to be the best version of you. In meditation: “I am better than I was yesterday. I’m better than I was yesterday. I’m better than I was yesterday.
Its a really good way to start because the more you know about yourself, the more you can do to become the best version of you. It does require some introspection, but the end result is a much better you.
This is a very well-written meditation. You should try to do this one whenever you feel you overthink things too much. It is very helpful if you have been trying to become a better version of yourself but have failed.
I’m sure you can relate to this. I’ve been trying to do this kind of thing for years, but never seem to get really far because so much of my life has been centered around my job. I spend most of my waking hours either trying to write a blog post or working on my portfolio. There’s really no point to anything else.
Meditation is the process of allowing your thoughts to become quieter and more relaxed. When you’re sitting and just focusing on doing nothing, you are in a state of meditation which is not actually doing anything.
I get that. Meditation is a state of being. It is not something that is done by sitting down and meditating. It is something that happens after you sit down and focus your attention on something quiet. The process of focusing your attention on something quiet is one of the most important components of meditation. It helps you to get in touch with how you are doing in the moment and helps you to become more aware of your own thoughts and feelings.
But that’s not what meditation sketch is about. Meditation sketch is about meditation. It is about getting into the zone. It is about being present. It is about being in the moment. It is about being in the flow. It is about being in a state of flow. Meditation sketch doesn’t really do anything. It is a sketch of a different state of being. The state of being I’m talking about is not a new state of being.
It is called “being in the flow.” It is simply a state of feeling and awareness that is free of thoughts. It is the state that is often described as “full of joy.” You are present in the moment of consciousness, not in thought. You are in the flow of consciousness, but not yet in a state of consciousness.
