Meditation is a practice that I believe has been neglected by many people. Most people today spend too much time sitting in front of a screen and their mind is occupied with the thoughts of the moment. Meditation is a way for you to tap into your higher self by focusing your mind on a specific thought or emotion. This practice has been used for centuries by many cultures around the world.
