I’m not sure where I’m going with this, as it’s a very self-aware thing, and I’m not sure I’m ready to talk about it, but meditation is a practice that is often overlooked. We all know that meditation is a practice that can help us de-stress, but it can be a practice that can help to increase our awareness and self-awareness.

The problem with meditation, however, is that it can be very boring and predictable. While I love my meditation, I can see how it can be a bit monotonous. That is, most of the time I just sit and reflect on what I am thinking, not trying to get to the next step. I’m sure there are some people who find that relaxing. We think that meditation has something to do with the “flow” state of mind that is found in meditation and yoga. By “flow” we mean a state of mind that allows the mind to be fully focused on whatever task or goal you are working on.
