The idea behind this meditation was to help people to focus on the present, which means not on the past or future but on themselves. I want to help people to be more aware of who they are and their thoughts and feelings. How do you get to that point? It’s easy to find a place where you can do it and have a good time, but it’s not very effective to learn to meditate on a regular basis. Meditation isn’t easy, but it is definitely worth the effort. Meditation helps you to focus on the present. When you meditate, you focus your attention on the present moment. When you think about the past, future, or any other possible future, you are focused on the future. This is a good thing, because in reality there is only the present moment.

You can also go to the meditation center, and practice your meditation with a friend.
Meditation is great, but it doesn’t have to be boring. My friend and I are going to be playing this game together with some other people. We’re going to be playing with a new character called ‘Deathmute’.
Deathmute is a character we will play who is more of a killer than a meditator. He is a killer because his only goal in life is to kill everyone. He spends most of his time killing, because he loves killing. But with a few exceptions, Deathmute is a very peaceful person.
