I have always been intrigued by the ancient Buddhist practice of “mantra meditation”. This type of meditation can be found all over the world and has been a part of the practice of the indigenous people of Japan since 500 B.C. This practice of meditation is a beautiful way to connect with your soul and with your surroundings.
When I first heard the word “mantra” I had no idea what it meant.
