Sometimes we get too caught up in our daily lives to notice the time we’ve been here. When we’ve been here a while, we know it. We feel it.
The good news is that you can start creating a routine. You can make a habit of going to bed at your own time every night and saying yes to the things that will make it easier to have more of them in the morning.
