Naruto Sage Mode meditation is a meditation technique that works by keeping your mind quiet while you focus on a specific sound or image. It is often accomplished by using the sounds of the chakra corresponding to the sound or image that you want to focus on. For example, when you want to focus on the sound, for example, using the sound of a bell, you focus on that chakra. When you want to focus on the image, you focus on that chakra.
