My first time practicing meditation was when I was about 12 years old. I was sitting in a lotus pose on a mat, and I was so tired that it didn’t seem like I was sitting up. It was just a feeling, a deep feeling that I was floating, and I could do this all day. That afternoon it was even more clear how much it worked.
Meditation is like a really good yoga class. Like yoga, meditating is a practice that you can do anytime you want, anywhere you want, doing it at any time and for any reason you want. It doesn’t have to be for a specific time in your life. You can do it every day, or every hour, or every minute, it doesn’t matter.
In addition to meditation, the only other thing that can do this is the “no-mind” diet. And that’s a terrible thing! We eat healthy, we don’t have to be in a hurry to eat, and we eat real food (not fast food). This is the most important thing to me. I don’t like when people think they have to wait for me to finish my food before they can eat it.
The no-mind diet is a diet that tries to starve you to death, basically. The idea is that you go to a restaurant, order two chicken breast, and that’s the entire meal. It actually sounds really bad, but it is incredibly effective if you arent starving. It took over a year before we were able to finally get a restaurant to allow us to eat at the restaurant we were using for the no-mind diet. This is the reason I decided to try it.
The concept behind the no-mind diet is that you go to a restaurant and order a meal and wait for the entire meal to appear before eating. Of course, being the starving, sad, lonely person that I am, I ordered a chicken breast and ended up ordering the entire meal and not eating a single one.
It really did feel like I was missing out on some great food, though. The restaurant was a nice, clean place, and, although I was starving, I could see that the food was actually pretty good. So, a few days later I returned to the restaurant and made a second attempt to eat. This time I ordered a salad with a side of chicken to round out the meal. It was a different experience than the first time.
The first time I ordered a salad with a side of chicken, I was really enjoying the chicken. Now, the salad had the same great texture and taste, but this time I was missing something. Before I knew it, I had devoured the salad, and not a minute after, the chicken was gone. The only good thing about the meal was that I was not starving.
This is what it is like to be so distracted by your food that you can’t seem to focus on anything else. There is something to be said for the way that a lot of the time our minds are “on autopilot” because we are very good at taking in information and responding without thinking. That’s why we can be so focused on our food and not think about what we are eating or the food we are eating.
It is a great thing to learn when you eat. I was very impressed that at the end of the meal, I was still able to pay attention to what I was eating and did not just eat it automatically. I was actually able to get my concentration back up when I was eating my chicken.
This is one of the main benefits of meditation, and it is one that I see myself using more and more often. I like to meditate even though I don’t know about any specific benefits I should see from it. The reason I am saying this is because I’ve had to restrain myself from doing it in public. But I am going to put it on the list because I want to know what the benefits are and how you can use them.
