I have a lot of clients that are interested in nude meditation. I don’t know if it is because they are simply interested in the beauty of it, or if they are so interested that they don’t have a choice. Either way, I can’t help but wonder about this, and I believe that it is a beautiful way to de-stress from the daily barrage of thoughts and feelings.
I always enjoy meeting new people that are interested in nude meditation. I dont really know anything about it, and I dont think that I would feel right about it, but I do know that I love the idea of being naked and doing something that I enjoy.
Yes, it is a technique. It is a meditation in which nude bodies are put inside of a room and are not exposed. The technique does not require complete body coverage, but if you are not wearing anything, then you are not showing your body. You can do this on any day of the week.
I see the benefit of removing some of our most basic needs from our lives, such as our clothes. It is a way to get rid of some of our normal, everyday activities and to focus on something else.

For example, meditation, yoga, and other spiritual practices are all methods of meditation – it is simply the process of achieving a good state of consciousness within the human body and mind.
