osho meditation is a dynamic process that begins with a state of relaxation and a focus on the breath. The breath becomes the focus of the mind, and as a result, all of the distractions will start to dissipate, leaving the focus on the breath.
The process of breathing in and mindfully focusing on the breath is called “dynamic meditation,” and a number of methods can be used to achieve this state. The method I’m going to discuss here is called “sho kusundra” (meaning “dynamic meditation” in Sanskrit).
This method involves just a few simple physical movements. All you need is a chair. A pair of cushions, a pillow, and a blanket. Next, you sit on the cushion, and a thought should appear in your mind. You should see that thought in your mind’s eye. You should notice that thought physically appear in your mind and that it becomes more and more vivid as you continue to breathe deeply. It’s a process that will take about 15 minutes to complete.
You may not be able to put this into practice right now, but I guarantee it will happen in a few years. And what’s great about it is you don’t have to take a vacation to do it. Instead you can just do it during your regular workday.
