This is a beautiful way to connect with your inner self, but we all know that it is hard to do. When you are outside, you can still be fully present in the here and now.

The app is very easy to use. I have it synced to a iPhone and I use it daily. There are a few apps that do the same thing with a lot less effort, but Calm is by far the easiest.
