I’ve tried many of the popular mindfulness and meditation apps and this one definitely gets my attention. The app has a real focus on the practice of meditation, so although you don’t need to practice each day, it’s a good way to start.
Its called dürer and it’s developed by a team of German artists who wanted to create something that would be a combination of art and mindfulness. They’ve got the app up and running and it’s a really good way to bring mindfulness into your day, whether you’re meditating or not.
This app is basically a digital meditation where you can practice meditating, but they also have a gallery where you can choose to add your own artwork. The app has a good selection of artists, including the two best-known artists in the game: Theodoros Kolokotronis and Jürgen Wollner.
The app is very useful for anyone who is looking to start meditating on their phone while playing a game or doing other activities. I highly recommend it.

I found The Art of Wollner very helpful with my meditation practice. It is a very easy to use app and its clear that they are very knowledgeable about what they are doing. I have only been using it for a few days but I think I will be sticking with it for a very long time.
