If you’re anything like me, you’re probably wondering if your height is going to get any taller. I know I am! In fact, I’m so convinced that it will that I’ve started a new blog just for more information on it. I am proud to say that my new blog has been a HUGE success and has been visited by upwards of 300 people in the first week alone. You can read more about that here.
Im getting tired of people asking me about my height, but it seems that I’ve managed to alienate most people by talking about it. It’s not that I’ve been short, I’m just not proud of myself about it. In fact, I was recently told by a friend to stop calling myself short.
Its actually quite a good point. I’ve always been quite tall (5’4”, I think it is) and Ive always been quite short.
As a height-challenged person, it’s all I have to go on; but if you ask me, people who ask you about your height are probably just trying to impress you. I know I am not the most confident person in the world in many ways, but I can say that I’ll be honest and say that I’m quite proud of my body.
One of the many reasons we’re making this list is because we all know that height has been a subject of study for ages. In fact, Dr. Gary Schwartz, a renowned endocrinologist at New York University, has studied the subject since the 1970s and found that the average height of women and men in the world is roughly the same. But what really caused the height-related changes in the body were hormones, specifically testosterone.
There are a few reasons for the height-related changes in the body. The first is that men grow a lot bigger than we’d like them to, resulting in bigger and bigger bones, bigger and bigger muscle tissue, and more testosterone.
This is where the scientific explanation begins to unravel. Men naturally have higher testosterone levels than women because they also have bigger muscles. But women typically lose fat while gaining muscle. So the increased testosterone is a matter of body size, not body composition. The other reason is that men and women both develop different hormonal systems for growth, but the difference is more pronounced in women.
The pituitary gland is a small endocrine gland that regulates hormones in men and women. It’s located on the brain. It’s a tiny gland but it’s the first that makes up your brain, so it’s very important. It’s also one of the most sensitive organs in your body. You can literally feel it pulsing all over your body. It responds to hormone levels. And that’s why it’s important to control your hormones.
And the reason why you would want to control your hormones, is because if you don’t you could potentially end up with a pituitary problem. There are a lot of pituitary problems that are hereditary. And if you don’t have one, then you’re going to end up in a lot of trouble because you’ll have a hormone problem. The pituitary problem is also known as a hypopituitarism.
So in short I hear it’s all about hormones like the ones that keep your hair in place, and also your sex drive. But I don’t know. I mean I always heard that you might want to meditate on your height and weight loss. I don’t know if there is a specific pituitary gland meditation. I mean I can’t remember that. But I think you can try that. It’s like you’re trying to get rid of your body fat and weight.
